Overall this is a good company. I am working on my 2nd car and I love them both. I think you guys should really take the time and think faster when a car starts to have problems within the warranty. My car had to go to the shop last Tuesday which pushed me to Uber from Conroe to Houston 6 days for that week then another 3 days the following week. I was then offered a loaner car. At 75.00 to and from is not cheap at all. So at 9 days of ubering I spent 650 that I could have possibly saved if the loaner was an option then. Then to turn around and have to pay a 280 car note. That's 900 in 2 weeks that I had to waste. I need you guys to start thinking faster with customers. If the car is still under warranty and it needs to go the the shop you should automatically have them a loaner available asap. This really needs to be reevaluated.
